Limbic III: Promontory of Hercules

At land’s farthest edge, the sea drives against stone in endless rhythm. Force and rhythm. Salt and spray carried on wind that tastes of distance, and land carved from something older than memory.

This is Black Water. A chapter steeped in weather and tide, where legend clings like mist. Cliffs plunge into restless sea that never yields. A sea whose voice has spoken the same dark syllables for centuries.

This is a coast of thresholds: between land and sea. Shadow and light. Known and unknowable. To stand here is to step out of time, into a space where the earth’s deep forces still speak.

Hercules is only a name. What remains is older. A raw edge where story and stone endure, and the sea returns again and again, reshaping nothing and everything.
