Common Ground
Paths, barns, fences, and fieldlines — Common Ground is a study of presence shaped by use. These are not wild places, but lived-with places. Quiet gestures of work, memory, and shelter.
The land here is neither raw nor ruined. It is known, and shaped in return.

Chapter One: The Worn Line
Work Within Weather
Soft light, industry, and inversion. This opening chapter begins where human activity meets low cloud and quiet air. A factory breathes into the mist as if part of it — working, present, but no longer dominant.
These are not ruins, and not yet relics. They are structures that carry on, shaped by labour and weather. The line between built and natural blurs — not erased, but softened by time.
